The original Summit House (top right photo) was in need of fresh paint and a structure to establish a main entrance as there are many random doors and patios on this very old building. I used a roof with a peak above the main entrance so that people could easily find the main entrance. We didn't want to add a structure that went all the way back to the building because there is a large sun patio behind it where people like to sit and have lunch. I also duplicated the design on the corner of the building (right side) to help create a cohesive look. Below is a cut-out of the new entrance.
Above are two designs for a central bus shelter and a small remote shelter. The design below is a concept for a new public ice rink in the main square at Keystone's River Run village.
Below is a new paint scheme and new signage for LaBonte's Cabin.
Below is a concept for a waiting area at the base of a ski lift and next to a parking lot. This design separates the noise of the parking lot from the lift area. Next is a stand-alone educational piece to showcase sustainability efforts at the resort. Last is a rest station on a biking trail which has a functional water wheel, as well as drinking water station.
